How about a Dorayaki???

Dorayaki is the name of a very traditional Japanese confection. This one here is from Shigayama Onsen, in Shiga Kogen, and you can try 3 different fillings: Green Tea, Coffee and Anbata [Anko (sweet red bean paste) + butter].

Amazing Friday

Friday was another amazing day in Shiga Kogen! Even though a little colder than the rest of the week... it was sunny all day! Beautiful to snowboard, ski, hiking or just to sit (indoor, of course) and appreciate the view!
Signs on the street registered -14° in the end of the day!

This is the Ropeway which connects Hasuike to Takamagahara in 8 min. Runs every 20 min.
